These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pkluak ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses or uses the pkluak website at pkluak.net, its sub-pages, associated mobile interfaces, and all services offered thereon, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, and promotional features.

pkluak is a safe and reliable online betting and gaming platform designed specifically for adult players in Bangladesh. By accessing the pkluak platform, you acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk, that outcomes are not guaranteed, and that you are participating voluntarily and at your own discretion.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the pkluak platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent checkbox, or by simply using the platform after these Terms have been made available to you, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full.

1.2 Amendments

pkluak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at pkluak.net/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the pkluak platform or via email to your registered address. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

1.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, such provision shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To be eligible to register and use the pkluak platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party in relation to any bet or wager placed on the platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pkluak, nor a close relative of any such person, for the purposes of placing bets on the platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the pkluak platform or had your account closed for breach of these Terms.
• Your use of the pkluak platform is not prohibited by any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

2.1 Verification of Identity

pkluak reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) pkluak account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If pkluak identifies that a player holds more than one account, pkluak reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, cancel any pending bets associated with those accounts, and forfeit any bonus balances held in them. The primary account balance may be consolidated at pkluak's discretion.

To access the full range of pkluak services — including placing bets, accessing the live casino, playing slots, and claiming promotions — you must create a registered pkluak account. Registration is free of charge.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must not use fictitious names, false dates of birth, or any other misleading information. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkluak username and password. You agree to notify pkluak immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. pkluak will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account security settings for additional protection.

3.3 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your email address, phone number, or payment method details — you must update them in your account settings promptly. pkluak is not responsible for failed communications or payment errors resulting from outdated account information.

pkluak supports a comprehensive range of Bangladeshi payment methods, with all transactions processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We do not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals via any supported payment method. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳500; withdrawals processed within 15 minutes.
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳500; withdrawals processed within 15 minutes.
• Rocket — Minimum deposit ৳500; withdrawals processed within 30 minutes.
• Upay — Minimum deposit ৳500; withdrawals processed within 30 minutes.
• Visa / Mastercard — Minimum deposit ৳1,000; withdrawals within 1–3 business days.

4.1 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 via bKash or Nagad.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the pkluak account holder. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. pkluak reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where unusual account activity has been detected.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit or request for withdrawal is the amount you will receive in your BDT-denominated pkluak account or payment account respectively, subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements being satisfied.

pkluak offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament leaderboard prizes. 5.1 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all pkluak bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited upon expiry if wagering requirements have not been met.
• pkluak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not unfairly disadvantage players who have already commenced wagering under the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• pkluak reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has abused the bonus system, engaged in collusion, or used software or strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New pkluak players who meet the eligibility requirements are entitled to claim the welcome bonus offer available at the time of their first deposit. The welcome bonus is available to players who have not previously held a pkluak account. Full terms — including the minimum qualifying deposit, bonus percentage, wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry period — are published on the Offers / Promotions page.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the pkluak platform. Additional sport-specific rules and casino game rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform.

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets are final once confirmed by the pkluak system. A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation message with a unique bet reference number. It is your responsibility to verify that bet details — selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming. pkluak is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.

6.2 Odds

Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds at which your bet is accepted. pkluak offers competitive odds across all markets and does not manipulate odds after a bet has been accepted.

6.3 Void Bets

pkluak reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time.
• The bet was placed on a market that was opened in error or where incorrect odds were published due to a technical or human error.
• The bet was placed after the relevant event or market had already concluded (a "late bet").
• The player is found to have used insider information or engaged in match-fixing or any other corrupt activity.

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's pkluak account balance in full.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

pkluak applies maximum single-bet payout limits on a per-sport and per-market basis. These limits are published within the platform's betting rules section. Where a winning bet exceeds the applicable maximum payout limit, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum. Stakes above the stated maximum bet limit per market will not be accepted.

6.5 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play markets are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting match developments. pkluak's live betting platform operates on a best-efforts basis for speed and reliability. In exceptional cases — such as network outages, technology failures, or force majeure events — live bets may be subject to delay or temporary suspension. pkluak is not liable for losses arising from unavoidable platform interruptions during live events.

Either you or pkluak may close your pkluak account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

7.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your pkluak account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome, and any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of bonus funds subject to wagering requirements not yet met) will be returned to you via your preferred registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification if not already performed.

7.2 Closure by pkluak

pkluak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing, or any other activity that pkluak determines to be dishonest or damaging to the integrity of the platform.
• The player has created multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-player rule.
• pkluak is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or the instruction of a competent authority.

Where an account is closed by pkluak due to fraud or material breach of these Terms, pkluak reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. pkluak may contact you via your registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee. Any remaining balance after full depletion will be forfeited unless applicable law requires otherwise. You may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing identity verification.

pkluak is deeply committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable, controlled form of entertainment. If gambling is causing financial or emotional distress, we encourage you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available to you within your pkluak account.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limits are applied immediately and may only be reduced without a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Set time alerts to remind you how long you have been active on the platform.
• Time-Out: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Your account will be closed and you will not be permitted to re-register.
